Eligible items purchased from BadgleyMischka.com may be returned for a credit or refund within the first 35 days of your order date. We will gladly accept purchased merchandise that is unworn with original price tags attached and in the original packaging. Merchandise that is worn or damaged may be refused or subject to a restocking fee. Items damaged during return shipment due to negligent packing will not be accepted. Refused items are shipped back to the customer at their expense.
Exchanges are not permitted at this time. Please return the items you wish to exchange and place a new order on BadgleyMischka.com for replacement.
Items listed as Final Sale are ineligible for return, which includes all Badgley Mischka Home and fragrance merchandise. Other specialty sale or clearance items may be ineligible or returnable for store credit only. Store credit can be used for purchases on BadgleyMischka.com and will expire 24 months after the issuing date.
Please note: All international orders require a Return Merchandise Authorization form issued by GlobalShopex which must include the BadgleyMischka.com order number as well. Please contact international customer service at (786) 391-4868 or CustomerCare@GlobalShopex.com for further information. International customers are required to pay all shipping expenses for returns, including duty and tax fees.

Returns generally take about 7-14 business days for transit to our facility, quality inspection, and completion of the refund. A small fee of $8 per return label will be deducted from your refund. You will receive a confirmation email when processing is complete. Refunds may take an additional 2-5 business days to reflect on your account depending on your financial institution.
