Items purchased from BadgleyMischka.com may be exchanged or returned for a credit or refund within the first 30 days after your items are delivered to your door. We will gladly accept purchased merchandise back if it has not been worn or altered, has its original price tag still attached and is accompanied by its receipt or packing slip. For items returned within 30 days, there are no restocking fees and you do not need to call for a return authorization. Returns that are worn, damaged, or received after the 30-day mark may be refused or subject to a restocking fee. Refused items are shipped at the expense of the customer.
Regular sale items are returnable with the same 30-day return policy as full-price items. Items listed as "final sale" are ineligible for return or exchange. Items purchased in a "surprise sale" or flash sale are only returnable for store credit or exchange for an item of equal or lesser value, unless these items are marked as final sale. Final sale and "surprise sale" items are rare and will be clearly marked on the website. Store credit expires 24 months after the date it is issued and can only be used for purchases on BadgleyMischka.com.
At this time we are able to process returns, but not exchanges, for international orders. International customers wishing to reorder an item should submit their original order for return and place a separate order for the new item. Please note: Free returns apply to U.S. orders only. All international orders are still required to pay all shipping expenses, including shipping fees for returns. International customers are responsible for all duty and tax fees. Please see our international shipping page for details about checkout and shipping to international addresses.
If your exchange or return does not arrive back to us, BadgleyMischka.com must be notified within 15 days from the day the items were shipped by you. If you do not notify BadgleyMischka.com within 15 days that your order did not arrive, no refund or replacement will be given.
To avoid any issues with missing packages, please write down your return UPS tracking number and retain the receipt of drop-off from the UPS store or facility for your records.
When applicable, shipping fees are non-refundable.
Sale prices do not apply to past purchases.
HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE ITEMS (U.S. ORDERS)
To return or exchange any items you purchased, simply fill out the return form included with your order and use the enclosed UPS return shipping label (please note the label cannot be used for USPS). Pack merchandise in its original packaging, just as you received it. Place the merchandise and completed return form in the cardboard shipping box. Items damaged during return shipment due to negligent packing will not be accepted or will be subject to a restocking fee.

We do not require a return authorization number. Once your returned items have been processed, you will receive an email confirmation detailing the refund or exchange. Your refund should appear in your account within three to five business days of receiving your email confirmation. For exchanges, any differences in price will be either charged or refunded to the credit card on file unless requested otherwise.
